New Teachers:
After an extensive interview process, we have hired two new teachers to join the Liberty staff next year. Ms. Gill will teach 6th grade, and Mr. Koonkongsatian will serve as the RSP teacher. They both bring extensive experience and are excited to join the Liberty community. Welcome, Ms. Gill and Mr. Koonkongsatian!

Open House:
May 27th is our Open House. Plan to come with your children and see all the great projects and programs they have been learning this year.

Reminders:
o Children must be with their parents at all times.
o Playground equipment is closed during all of the events on Open House Night.

State Testing:
Our 3rd through 6th-grade students are taking the State online standards tests (CAASPP) over the next few weeks. During those weeks, each class will test for an hour or two a day for approximately 3 to 4 days. You can help your child be prepared by making sure they get a good night’s sleep and have a healthy breakfast. The Liberty School Foundation has once again provided a healthy snack for all students who are testing each day. Thanks to the Foundation and our snack coordinator, Emily Anzelc, for our snacks.

Spring Concert:
The Spring Concert will be on Tuesday, June 2nd at 8:30 a.m. The students will be singing some of the songs they have been working on this spring. Please join us in the multipurpose room for this festive event. The concert should take around 40 minutes.
