Dear Liberty Families
In the hope of reducing the number of documents in the back-to-school packet we have set up a parent portal system for online back-to-school registration. In order to access this information, you will need to set up a SchoolWise Parent Portal Account if you are a new family using the unique Activation Code provided in your back-to-school packet. Returning families may use the same account information from last year.
Starting August, 2024 you will be able to access, online, most of the back-to-school documents. These documents need to be completed by the first day of school. Please note that only one account needs to be set up per family, not child. Also, if your student(s) has a parent that lives outside of the household, we ask that you choose only one parent to create the account and fill out the documents. The parent portal login page can also be accessed by clicking the button below.
Once your portal is created, click on the Online Registration link on the left. A page will open to display 2024-2025 Household Information, where you can update information if necessary and add emergency contacts, and 2024-2025 Re-Enrollment, where you will find many of our Back to School forms. Continue to click on each item and follow the instructions on each page to complete the process.
